Ouhai District Garment Industry Association was established in June 1996. It is the first batch of clothing entrepreneurs in Ouhai, headed by Chen Min, general manager of Golden Thimble Clothing. It conforms to the trend of the times and reflects the industry that was formed spontaneously and registered in the District Civil Affairs Bureau. non-profit social organization.

Affiliated to the director of Ouhai Federation of Industry and Commerce, five successive presidents have integrated various resources in the garment industry, constantly explored and innovated, and creatively opened up a situation of industry self-discipline, service members, and foreign exchanges.

There are currently 185 group members, including 27 vice-chairman units and 34 director units. Covering garment production, finishing, garment fabric accessories, equipment and other enterprises, including 62 above-mentioned enterprises.​​​​​​​
